Our Role
For this project SA Designs was tasked with restoring an old meat supply factory into a luxury industrial style restaurant. We partnered with our client to also create a high end Butcher Shop and display for customers to not only enjoy during dinner but to also learn about the cuts of meat as well.
It was important that we paid homage to the original design of the warehouse as well as the previous iteration of the restaurant.

The feet of this almost three thousand square foot space was a massive undertaking to complete in a year. The rich family history behind this warehouse turned restaurant makes it even that more special.
The Boutique Butcher shop is like none other in the U.S. and uniquely juxtaposes the surrounding designs in the Jersey Shore area. We encourage all to make a stop by and experience the unique design we delivered as well as the immaculate menu.
